Bill’s Halloween Costume

Bill’s Inspector Gadget Halloween costume is a constant work in progress. Each year he adds or improves the gadgets. Invented in 2010, the first year featured a Go Go Gadget arm, a self-inflating balloon, and spring balanced articulating hat hand. In 2011, he added C02 powered pneumatic legs that boost him 14 inches with the push of a button. Keep your eye out for him this Halloween to see what new gadgets are up his sleeve.
